in a flash...

time flies extremely fast and now we are in the mid of august 2007. *shaking head*

there is a lot of things happening right now in my life. i don even know where to start! it has been hectic i must say. i've been attending training one and observer for another training and ultimately i myself will become a trainer himself. this coming friday will be my first, actually my second full training will full house audience. and coming monday, am going to train new grads on topics that they needed to know. i am excited and readied myself with extensive research and reading.

other than that, new hired staff helping a lot in reducing work load, but he need to be guided to do a lot of things. sometimes i do feel frustrated, but i never give up on him. i want to help him as best as i could. the satisfaction to see someone achievement is priceless.

moving on, outLOUD has become 2 years old now. still a baby? i don't think so. outLOUD (this is company i work in) has become a name that (almost) known to everyone. from a brand to a company and company that become a big one. i am proud to be one of outLOUDers! we live and breath the essence of enthusiasm, creativity, quality and relationship and the same time embrace the confidence we built. Happy Belated Birthday outLOUD!
