after all the troubles, divorce, shaving her hair off and then rehab, britney spears return to the music scene once again. her new song 'gimme more' premier on air by one of the radio station and it already climb on the top chart (of the station). this sound a lil' different, more to the urban club sound. finally, something new from her. would it be a massive hit again? would britney do it one more time?

alicia keys is ready to release her new album this fall and it's been said that 'no one' is her first single from the album. fans said that this is not her best song yet. we'll see how!

she is back! she is back!

one of her song leak on the net. rumors said that this song may not be her first single for her upcoming new studio album. fans speculated 'candy shop' will be her first single.

'the beat goes on' featuring and produced by pharrel william. it has classic sound of pharrel i.e. heavy beat and drum and very much sound like justin timberlake 'like i love you'.

other news, madgesty comfirmed performing at mtv vma in las vegas and will be featuring her new single along with two hottest stars.. hmmm..

in a flash...

time flies extremely fast and now we are in the mid of august 2007. *shaking head*

there is a lot of things happening right now in my life. i don even know where to start! it has been hectic i must say. i've been attending training one and observer for another training and ultimately i myself will become a trainer himself. this coming friday will be my first, actually my second full training will full house audience. and coming monday, am going to train new grads on topics that they needed to know. i am excited and readied myself with extensive research and reading.

other than that, new hired staff helping a lot in reducing work load, but he need to be guided to do a lot of things. sometimes i do feel frustrated, but i never give up on him. i want to help him as best as i could. the satisfaction to see someone achievement is priceless.

moving on, outLOUD has become 2 years old now. still a baby? i don't think so. outLOUD (this is company i work in) has become a name that (almost) known to everyone. from a brand to a company and company that become a big one. i am proud to be one of outLOUDers! we live and breath the essence of enthusiasm, creativity, quality and relationship and the same time embrace the confidence we built. che’nelle is a young r&b soul, reggae singer/songwriter, producer signed to virgin records america. she was born on march 10, 1983 as cheryline lim in sabah, malaysia to a chinese malaysian father and indian-dutch mother. raised in perth, western australia.

her father ran a karaoke lounge, where che'nelle began singing as a toddler. she has played in bands and written her own music for years but it was american music veteran charles dixon, who discovered her music on che'nelle's myspace page.

dixon took her material to virgin records and flew che'nelle business class to los angeles at the end of last year to meet with the label. within two days she had signed the deal and was being marketed as a world artist. che'nelle worked as a promotions assistant before moving to new york in january after signing a six-album deal with virgin records america, the same label as lenny kravitz, janet jackson and ben harper. in australia, she is represented by EMI. she also shares the same management team as kanye west, performing as the opening act on his australian tour in march 2006.

che'nelle collaborated with uk based music producer manon dave (aka schizo) on a track for her forthcoming album. the two had also been collaborating on a number of projects prior to che'nelle's deal with virgin records.

che'nelle, studied music at the west australian academy of performing arts.

her song, "teach me how to dance" was featured in the movie take the lead.

her debut album "things happen for a reason" is due out on august 28.

thousand possibilities

my mind gave thousand possibilities on what is happening right now. my sense of insecurity has been bugging me for weeks now. i started to isolate myself subtly and some of them realized it and helping me to pull up to the surface. i don know how this feeling overcome me for the past few weeks. i get irritated easily and things not done according to my plan. today, my hot button triggered. i was trying to talk to adrian and he does not give an eye contact with me instead he was looking at the laptop screen and bam! i get irritated. i cant handle my own temper, really! if am mad, i am mad. i did not talk to him after that as to my perception he is not listening at all and it irritates the hell out of me. he went out a few hours later and i don know where he is and what he is doing right now. my mind gave thousand possibilities... talk about insecurity. we all have it in our life. how it affect our life? in a lot of way. it could lead to a disastrous life or it could lead to something good. over the years, i have managed a lot of insecurity people. i handle them pretty ok but when come to myself, i lose out! my mind wander around the six continents trying to figure it out... and it is still do now!

it has been a while since the last time i update me blog. simply i'm tight up with work. a few events running at the same time.

what's been going on in my life lately...

work - just completed outLOUD Ladies conference 2007. after more than 6 mths of planning and preparation, finally its over. 133 ladies turn up to learn and listen to 5 professional shared on topics such developing self-assertiveness at work place, communication, the power to keep up, beauty iq and entrepreneuship. as producer of this conference, my (all ladies) team has done extremely good job executing the job. i do salute them from the bottom of my heart.

i was given an opportunity this coming monday to motivate 600 kids for one hour. yep! am talking abt 600 kids frm standard 1,2 & 3 from Sri KDU. am well prepared as this would be my first time giving such a talk to that large number of audience. am nervous? hell i am! big time. but u know what, am just gonna let loose and enjoy it. am going to do a short rehearsal with me boss tomorrow.

life - a little exciting about decorating my bachelor pad. just bought a new sofa for the pad and it fit well with everything around the apartment. now i can relax while watching tv. nothing much happening right now in my life. sis and bro in law will be visiting on 20th before flying to london for holidays. younger sis will be in town on 19th. and am still contemplating to go to gwen's concert. sigh!

music - i have a lot of new song to be uploaded. so watch out for this blog from time to time.
