very chic cupcakes

i was craving for sweet food the other day and i was walking around the curve. in an instant my evil one remind me of cupcake chic that recently open it outlet at the curve. so, i walk to the shop and enter...

greeted by over-friendly staffs who asked me how was my day, bla bla bla but my eyes are busy looking at the menu board to find out how much is the price of the cupcake. are they almost same price with j.co donuts or big apple donuts? then i saw the price.. rm4.50/cupcake. no turning back my heart say... so i said to the staffs, 'can i have 3 pcs please?'. so i look again at the menu board, so pweety and colorful.. i found out that each day they are selling different kind of cupcake flavor. good marketing strategy.. i look again at the glass display shelf.... i was drooling over the choices that i have. so i selected 3 most outstanding cupcake...

i am so in love with all the cupcakes. it is worth the money. when i bite it, it remind me how carrie bradshaw and miranda enjoying the cupcake when they are walking around manhattan... orgasm to the max!

the winner among the three is a tie between forget me not (lavender cake with baileys frosting - too much of this, you can't feel your leg i bet) and pb chip (peanut butter chocolate chip cake with vanilla frosting - very very sinful).

click to look at their menu below...

highly recommended for sweet tooth person. yummers!

whodunit?

watched 'vantage point' earlier on with adrian @ gsc pavilion. the cinema hall was not crowded (i think 'jumper' is a hit this week). some spoiler ahead...

the movie open with such an intense scenes. the first few minutes of the movie are the most shocking scene. my jaw dropped for a while and did not expect that 'soon' the intensity. however it disappear too soon also and bring you back to 23 minutes before the explosion...

what happen then.. this is where the movie begins to tight the loose end and confused your mind. true to the tag, 'you think you've seen it all? look again!'. the whole movie tell the story from eight different point of individu to unlock the truth behind of the attempt to assasinate president of the unites states. after each character tell their side of story, the movie return to 12 noon until the movie slowly unfold it plot and the action begins. 195o akira kurusawa's 'rashomon' was the idea behind the method of making this movie.

personally, i enjoyed this very much although i could hear people are sigh-ing when the scenes are back to 12 noon numerous of time. half way, i understand that the story wants you to see it all before it tells you what really happened. however, this movie does not require you to think whodunit (unlike da vinci code), but it takes you with it to unfold the mystery.

pete travis helm the movie as director and the cast are pretty good with some unknown one. dennis quaid plays lead as thomas barnes who is a veteran in POTUS sercret service that serve president of the us. along side with him is matthew fox who plays agent kent and forest whitaker as howard lewis as an american who is on holiday in spain (oh, the movie is shot in spain).

but one cast that blown me away.. his name is edgar ramirez. super hot guy! u think matthew fox is hot, think again! watching edgar on screen with huge biceps and enjoying the ride of car chasing on the street of spain is so worth my RM12!

you think he's hot? look below...

moments

these few days i have been hit by 'moments'. hard to sleep, mind was not focus on the things that need to be done. i feel like am every where. i swallow it in and hope for it to go away. and i am still figuring out how to end it.

further more, i was slapped by reality of where am i standing. i did not know how far i can go to know myself anymore. am i good for this? am i good for that? am i good enough to deserve something? answers... (wait and see for the answers soon)

when i have these 'moments', usually i'll played snow patrol 'open eyes' album and listen to tracks that i love.. chasing cars, you're all i have, you could be happy and set fire to the third bar. i've listening to it over and over again now.. i felt sense of relieve in my mind esp after listening to chasing cars..

we'll do it all
everything
on our own

we don't need
anything
or anyone

if I lay here
if I just lay here
would you lie with me and just forget the world?

i don't quite know
how to say
how I feel

those three words
are said too much
they're not enough

if I lay here
if I just lay here
would you lie with me and just forget the world?

forget what we're told
before we get too old
show me a garden that's bursting into life

let's waste time
chasing cars
around our heads

i need your grace
to remind me
to find my own

if I lay here
if I just lay here
would you lie with me and just forget the world?

forget what we're told
before we get too old
show me a garden that's bursting into life

all that I am
all that I ever was
is here in your perfect eyes, they're all I can see

i don't know where
confused about how as well
just know that these things will never change for us at all

if I lay here
if I just lay here
would you lie with me and just forget the world?

oh no! its over...

the amazing race asia has amazingly ended it second season. i must say, season 2 is my favourite one. this because mainly that the show has many good looking teams to drool off (yes, i do drool at girls as well), the excitement of the race and the adrenaline of the series. don't we love reality shows?

this franchise installment of the amazing race (US), definitely liven to its original expectations, perhaps better. i've been following the episode by episode, if cant catch it on thursday, i catch it on sunday. the task that are given a pretty simple and straight forward, however, it is physically demanding and require quick thinking for solutions. thus resulting neck to neck competition among the teams at certain time, which is the objective of the RACE!

the final episode aired today over axn and boy, it was wham bam come dang exciting series of task that they have to do. from south africa and end in singapore, team are neck to neck to do the final task which is re-live the experience of amazing race asia by arranging the flag of the countries that they have visited during the race league. it is interesting to see adrian and collin who came in last to the task area, managed to complete it first.. and they are on their way for USD100,000... and i congratulate both of them for the winning.

winner - adrian & collin (gym buddy)

2nd place - pam & van - sister

3rd place - marc & rovilson (best buddy)

ain't they all cute, tough, macho and (some) so ghey? (my g'dar seems blinking everytime (some of them appear on tv).

what i did on valentine's day..

truly nothing!

just yesterday, adrian reminded me that today is a valentine's day! to my replied, is it? so? everywhere we go if want to celebrate, we will eat high price food and stuff. we can celebrate everyday, why only celebrate today. hmmmm... quiet! then, let's celebrate low key!

well, that is just something that i was thinking over this cheesy-too- commercialize celebration where partners are indirectly 'force' to celebrate at overprice cheesy place for dinner and buy way too cheesy-chocy-flowery-huggy bear present! i used to think, gawd, it is end of the world for i am not celebrating valentine's day. now, i even forgotten that today is valentine's day until adrian reminded me.

oh well, despite all that, we stopped by at one utama on our way for dinner at ss2 murni and i decided to buy him a choc from kokobistro. and i gotten half dozen of big apple donut.. heheh.. yum yum!

to me there are 4 celebrations that adrian and myself (must) celebrate together. our anniversary (march), my birthday (march), his birthday (june) and christmas (dec).

so, how was your celebration?
